We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, these are discounted products and returns will only be offered to customers who receive damaged or defective product. Otherwise, sales are full and final.
RETURNS
To initiate a return for damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receipt of your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note that the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our return policy requirements. If they do, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item(s) were damaged or defective upon receipt and, therefore, eligible for a Return. In the case of a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
EXCEPTIONS
Please note that certain items may be ineligible for a refund, including but not limited to clearance or final sale items.
